🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Changed your mind? It happens. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [your email] with your order number.

We’ll work with you to find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or something else. In most cases, you won’t need to return the original item.

📦 A Few Quick Notes:

  • We don’t cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for change-of-mind requests.
